Registration Terms & Rules

In order to proceed, you must agree to the following:
Section A Posting: 1. No SPAMMING. This includes posts such as \"good job\", \"Yea I like it\", \"I think so\" etc.. if your post is the size of A phrase do not post it. The StealthArt community is about respect and quality. Not about quantity. A post should be A full sentence. We are not Nazis when it comes to this, we are not going to heckle you on punctuation that often as long as you are understandable, nor will we go after you for misplaced commas or periods. It is just more enjoyable to read A topic when you dont have to hear \"yea I like it\" all the time. We look for Quality Constructive Criticism and or replies. (THIS RULE IS STRICTLY ENFORCED, YOU WILL RECEIVE ONLY 3 WARNINGS. At that point you will be banned for 1 week. Upon return if you break this rule again you will be PERMANENTLY BANNED!) 2. Constructive Criticism - StealthArt is all about teaching and helping others. Meaning A reply to A design post with just \"i dont like it, heres why\", is not going to cut it. If your going to tell someone what you dont like about there peice, then also take the time to tell them what they can do to improve it in your opinion. If your not going to post how they can improve it and are just going to post \"i like it\". Then please DO NOT post, as this is again considered spam. Please re read section A part 1 for A reminder on what Spam is. 3. Discussions in threads. These are A no no. If A thread is made about A specific subject, it is made to discuss that subject and or topic. Not so you and your buddy can chat back and fourth. StealthArt is not A chat site. If you would like to talk to just 1 specific person please use the PM system and or contact each other outside of the site using such alternatives as EMAIL, MSN, AIM, or Yahoo. But please do not post your personal details on the forum, as again this is A public website, and your information will be indexed by Google. Please send them that information through A PM. 4. Racial / Stereotypical remarks - THESE WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND WILL GET YOU BANNED IMMEDIATELY. People take these things as HIGHLY offensive and are NOT FUNNY WHATSOEVER. Make posts about these things and you will be GONE. THERE IS NO CHANCE OF RETURN! 5. NO FLAMING ALLOWED PERIOD! This means insulting others in any way whatsoever. Including Looks, GFX abilities, intelligence, etc.. Instigating A flame is the same thing as flaming, and will be treated just as such. The result of this rule being broken will be at least a temporary ban, if the flaming is particularly offensive you will be permanently banned on the spot. 6. Offensive / Derogatory remarks. THIS WILL get you either Banned immediately and permanently or Warned to the fullest extent. If you make any remarks such as cussing, \"suck my dick, kill, death, insults,\" or anything that would be deemed as offensive you will NOT get away with it. These things are not funny in anyway and are nothing but childish and immature. WE DO NOT WANT THEM HERE ON STEALTHART! 7. Pornography / Nudity. These things ARE NOT allowed on StealthArt period. Any mention, linking 2, or discussion of it will get you Permanently banned without discussion or concession. 8. NO WAREZ or Illegal Software. This includes linking to software, posting about it, and suggesting to get it. No posting of cracks, keygens, serials, etc. Any posting or mention of this will get you permanently banned. 9. Speedposting or posting a high amount of posts in a short period of time. Posting 20 times in 20 minutes would be considered speedposting. Speedposts will be considered as spam and will most likely be deleted. This is your 1 and only warning, spam this site and you will be immediatly banned! 10. You must Speak PROPER english on stealthart. First offence: a warning, Second Offence: Warning and Account Suspension, Thrid Offence: Banned. Section B Signatures: 1. No Horizontal style signature shall exceed the width of 400 pixels. 2. No Horizontal style signature shall exceed the height of 200 pixels. 4. No 1 person shall have more than 2 signature images. (this pertains to Signatures, NOT userbars/underbanners/minisigs, etc...) 5. Mini sigs and user bars are meant to be just what they are named MINI, they should not be any wider than 400 pixels, and should NOT have A height bigger than 25 pixels. This is the MAX for these images NOT the standard, smaller is always better when regarding this type. 6. No member should have more than 2 FULL Size Mini sigs, if you do require more than this, Please go to our Tutorials section and read up on how to make Animations. This will allow you more, provided the image Size is not Huge. 7. Fanbars / club / team bars these images should be not be bigger than Mini sigs, normally they are about half the size meaning the max is about 200 x 25. However, bigger boxes are allowed as long as it flows well with the setup of your signature. Meaning if your signature doesent amount to an extreme amount of FileSize in whole, and isnt huge in total width and height, it will be allowed. Vertical Fanbars, and club bars are allowed, if they are adjacent with your signature. 8. No Vertical style signature shall exceed the height of 400 pixels. 9. No Vertical style signature shall exceed the width of 200 pixels. Note: These are the maximum Restrictions on Signatures, NOT the standards. Meaning you should not require this much canvas space for A piece, if you require more than this, then you are getting into the realm of mid Size pieces which are not to be used as Signatures. But are still of course postable in the Show Off forum. Section C Other: 1. Having multiple accounts on this site will result in you being banned. So if you have more than one, I suggest alerting a member of the staff so it can be worked out (in most cases) without you being banned. 2. The Word Moob: The word moob is only to be used by staff members whose names start with the letter "N". If any other member is caught using this word they will be reprimanded immediately. These Rules are subject to change at any time, for any reason, "I didn't see the rules" IS NOT an excuse!
