I feel like bitching

okay soo...over a year ago I got in trouble. This November will be two years.
I went through the court system and got onto a 1 year probation. And recently I was told I could get off 3 months early because I did everything so quickly and what not. Basically getting off for good behavior ya know?
BUT that got fucked up because of other peoples incompetence which I am gonna explain.

Okay..so in the beginning I had to do a bunch of hearings to decide my punishment. My public defender said all should go well.
But during one of the hearings I hear the judge say something about me having a "substance abuse" problem.
woah woah wtf!? there were no drugs involved in what I did and I have never done drugs anyway.
I went through an extra physiological test to prove that I didn't have any sort of substance abuse problem. And the judge even agreed afterwards that there was no problem.
BUT they still made monthly pee tests a part of my probation and mandatory drug and alcohol classes. So wtf ever. I got over it.
Went on doing my classes. They spell my name wrong on the certificates they give me. f***in morons >.>

But to the part where I get screwed over.
I was suppose to do positive choices level 1 and 2. Which I now know means 6 months of classes. When we got to the classes we asked the lady if the program I was in was positive choices level 1 and 2. She said yes.
I finished the 3 months.
My probation officer told me that I was ALL finished and that I was an excellent candidate for early termination.
Sweet! wont even have to do a whole year!
For some reason I get traded off to a different PO and she tells me that I still have positive choice level 2 to finish.
Its a 3 month program. I was gonna get off 3 months early. So that means no matter what I have to do my full year of probation now because
1 - the stupid f***in lady at the classes told us false information (shes now fired)
and
2 - my first PO didnt do a good job and also gave me false information.

and of course they transfer me to another PO. Prolly cause they dont want me to get them in trouble.
So today I go to the classes all over again >.> Pay more money for something I dont need nor want.

I swear im about to go f**king postal and just started shooting people.

Why do these people have power over us when they are in no way shape or form better then us?

Gotta go to court on the 20th =/
on 4/20 ha ha.
The school just now decided to press charges on me after its been like 5 months from the incident.
Dunno about you but I think thats pretty fucked up >.<
I checked the statute of limitations because I was wondering how long afterwards they can still press charges and for the certain felonies I'm incorporated with its like 3 years which to me is bullshit. You should know whether or not your going to press charges on that person.
So basically after everything blew away and was settled, here comes a lil peice of paper in the mail telling me my court date.
wtf? They can't just leave me alone? They already expelled me and treated me like dirt, now they have to bring it up 5 months later?
Aren't schools suppose to helps kids? Why are they trying to destroy us?

Well yeah, sooo I'll probably get a fine, probably get community service, possibly counseling and if the judge is a real f**k face dick head then I might get some time in Juvi.

Oh, and either the school itself or someone in particular is going to pay for this one day.
